As you all know, COVID-19 is having a huge impact on our lives, businesses, and supply chains.
We wanted to share an update on how things are at It's All Wild—and what we are doing to keep our people safe and contribute to fighting the pandemic.
In California and other hotspots, a "Stay at Home" executive order has been in effect for us since last week. This is to ensure that we, as a country, are able to fight the spread of the disease and keep those at risk safe. As such, our employees have stayed home and we have paused our operations as a "non-essential business". Their safety is our priority so this decision, while costly for our business, was a no brainer for us.
All orders will be shipped once It's All Wild is allowed to reopen per Government orders. Our other business operations—included cancellations and returns—will be on pause also. We know this is inconvenient to everyone and deeply apologize—the timing could not be worse. However, we must do our part in fighting this global pandemic and keep our employees safe in these uncertain times.
Our target date to resume operations is the April 19th lift of the mandate unless the timeline is changed from the government. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any additional questions.

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, please return it in its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for a refund. Please note that you will be refunded the full amount of the items(s), shipping fees on either end are not refunded.
All return, credit, and requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 14 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you.
For damaged or defected items, please save your package and contact us within 7 days of receiving.
